Calling Michigan State Fans!

We need some help tracking down the number of kids signed in each class from 1995 - 2000. We have a project we are working on and we really need solid numbers from those years for Michigan State, not the number of players enrolled (unless that is all you have) but the number of players signed. If any of you has that information or can point us in the right direction we would greatly appreciated it.

I found 1998, 1999 and 2000 info.

I found 1998-2000 classes in news releases from MSU’s official site

2000 (23 signees):

1999 (26 signees (1 counted toward 98 class):

1998 (22 signees + 1 from 99 class):

  Thanks a bunch guys, great work! Now we just need 95, 96, and 97. However, a trend is already developing. 22, 26, and 23 is a lot different than 32, 27, and 29. That’s a difference of 17 recruits in just 3 years. We’ll get into this more when we have all the numbers.
  
  Found a list for 1997; would like to find something a little more official, but according to this Saban had 18 recruits in 1997.

Ah! I should’ve known you were looking for a comparison of Saban in the Big Ten vs. the SEC… It’ll be interesting to see how it shakes out.

2011 Oversigning Cup

Working on an update to the cup standings using the number of players signed. Time consuming process. Hope to have it finished soon. Until then, take a look at the number of players signed for each BCS conference.
