Back in the Saddle
Didn't expect to be down for so long...sorry everyone. We're back online now.
We had no idea that Stewart Mandel was so powerful...lol.
In all seriousness, the traffic to this site has exploded. In checking the logs this site has been linked to over 400 other websites in the last 3 weeks alone. Many of those sites are message boards that require logins, some are to web-based email sites, and some are to tweets or facebook, but the point is that word is getting around and people are talking about oversigning.
From time to time, we manually update the site hit count note on the right for the total number of hits since the site was created. Here is a look at what caused the site to go down on the 26th. Now that we are on unlimited bandwidth we don't have to worry about this happening again.

I think most everyone is laughing at you.

One other thing, Dickhead. Stewart Mandel is NOT that powerful. And while it is certainly notable that both ESPN and SI have had mentions of your website, I am guessing you were probably like me and had to take some time to drill down to Chris Low’s blog and Mandel’s mailbag, because they are FAR from being anywhere near even the front page of the COLLEGE FOOTBALL tabs, much less the front page of the websites. But yes, there were half a dozen people from the Ozone that saw it. Hot damn.

Its sad when people resort to calling names when they can’t win the argument on merit.

It’s scary to think that stalkers such as deepsthboy will make the effort to dig deep into barely relevant blogs such as Mandel’s and Low’s for information on Oversigning.com. Will Oversigning.com need to institute privacy standards like Facebook has done to protect us ordinary readers from predators such as this?
