The Oversigning Cup – 2011

We finally got around to creating a dedicated page for next year's Oversigning Cup.  We mentioned this a while back, but haven't been able to get around to setting it up for next year until now.   All the details you need are here.   Be sure to review the table definitions.  Basically, our goal here is to establish a recruiting budget for each team based on the standard procedures for determining how many slots each team will have open for the next year, and then we want to see which schools go over that budget on national signing day. 

It will be very interesting to see which teams go over, especially now that oversigning has been brought to light.
